I once stayed at a hotel with a one-knob shower. One dial controlled the power, the pressure, and the temperature. It looked minimalist, but I still stood there fumbling for a good five minutes just trying to get the water right. Real simplicity isn't about stripping things down, it's about making something complicated feel effortless.
That is the mindset I bring to bridging product marketing and growth strategy at OCBC Bank, where I have launched campaigns end to end and scaled a new youth banking product to over 80,000 customers in six months. On the side, I built an app that turns bank statements into a single dashboard — no manual entry, no bank connection required.
I double majored in Politics, Law & Economics and Marketing at Singapore Management University, which shaped how I think about product strategy. - Led the monthly marketing campaign for OCBC RoboInvest where I brainstormed collaterals for various marketing platforms and monitored results from our A/B tests
- Collaborated with a team of 4 to solve a sustainability related problem among SMBs in Singapore and pitched to the Group CEO among other distinguished guests
- Conducted a full brand audit and rebranded the NGO to better align with its mission and vision
- Proposed and designed volunteer engagement programmes to build long-term community relationships
- Collaborated with a team of 5 and conducted in-depth market research across 54 product categories to facilitate client servicing activities for more than 20 major FMCG clients
- Conducted primary data analysis on Singapore's FMCG trends to aid clients' decision-making processes
- Liaised with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transition towards CSO 2.0 where Nielsen Singapore progressed towards digitalization and automation, creating a faster response towards Client's queries
