I once stayed at a hotel with a one-knob shower. One dial controlled the power, the pressure, and the temperature. It looked minimalist, but I still stood there fumbling for a good five minutes just trying to get the water right. Real simplicity isn't about stripping things down, it's about making something complicated feel effortless.

That is the mindset I bring to bridging product marketing and growth strategy at OCBC Bank, where I have launched campaigns end to end and scaled a new youth banking product to over 80,000 customers in six months. On the side, I built an app that turns bank statements into a single dashboard — no manual entry, no bank connection required.

I double majored in Politics, Law & Economics and Marketing at Singapore Management University, which shaped how I think about product strategy.
